• Attending to service calls and having ownership on solving problems involving PET process and cycle time optimization, hot runner Trouble shooting, provide Training on process, hot runner and Mold Maintenance and also worked on PET mold audit for improvements on conversion During my career, I have had an opportunity to work and support customers in ANZ, Fiji, South East Asia, SAARC, North East Asia
• Experience with Index, G-PET, Hy-PET up to 144cavities and Hycap machines
• Worked closely with Bolton PET team from 2008 to 2012 and briefly worked with Luxembourg PET team as well.

• Was involved in assembly and trouble shooting activities in the South East Asia region for Non-PET and PET hot runners.

• Maintaining the plastic injection molds with Periodic maintenance
• Involved in meetings with the customer (Hewlett-Packard)
• Maintain hot runners equipped with Husky and Mold Masters
• Ensure the production is well on target
• Ensure vendor and supply chain meets quality requirement.
