• Assist in preparation of financial statements.
• Support in processing month end reportings.
• Maintain company ledgers and daily transactions.
• Co-ordination with external/internal audits.
• Reviewing GL accounts & carry out adjustments

CLIENT : London stock exchange group ( Refinitiv )

• Analyzing the transactions of Refinitiv (subsidiary of LSEG) through the oracle system and summarize the year-to-date cost of vendor’s purchase orders which was selected and given by the budget planning in charge from UK
• Preparing the summarized file and discussing in daytime meetings in daily basis.

CLIENT : Shan Teas (Pvt) Ltd

• Issuing payment vouchers, cheques, deposit slips and fund transfers for the tea purchases, customers and suppliers of the client company.
• Preparing the weekly payment list for the upcoming payments according to the invoices and customers and suppliers credit period and requesting the cash balance from head of treasury.

• Maintained friendly and effective relationship with clients and creating meetings when information needed
• Reporting to the partner on a timely manner regarding audit matters and status update
• Liaise with the top management and resolve / escalate key issues arising in the balance sheets and profit and loss account
• Detailed review of the field work performed in audits
• Review of the financial statements in accordance with IFRS / SLFRS and
• IAS / LKAS.

• Overall responsibility of handling multiple engagements at a time completing the engagements accordance with deadline
• Preparations of various client communication reports such as audit planning memorandum, audit report and audit resultcommunications
• Review junior workings and verifying the reconciliation and computation of income tax, value added tax (VAT) and economic service charge.

• Performing multiple areas from balance sheet and profit and loss account which was selected and allocated by senior
• Overall responsibility of performed areas and answering the queries raised by supervisor and manager.
