• Prepare, coordinate, review and distribute estimates in accordance with Company policy and procedures, Workflow, and Work Instructions.
• Monitor the daily construction activities, daily site-inspections, and ensure compliance with the QA/QC program, project drawings and specifications.
• Calculating of scope of work and preparing schedule as per project requirement.
• Review the requirements of crane, Trailor, forklift requirements and tools tackles list.
• Segregate the scope of works and allot the sub-contractor.
• Preparing weekly/monthly target as per work front availability for getting progress.
• Preparing/Review daily/weekly progress report and getting approval from the client for billing.
• Preparing site and material constraint/discrepancies and submit to management.
• Leading the site, subcontracting and Mechanical supervision and issuing field design changes for Mechanical jobs.
• Attending Progress review meetings with client management and making Minutes and following up for actions.
• Preparation of the bill of material and inspection of fabricated pipeline spools as per isometric drawing.
• Preparation of method statements, Risk assessments and lifting plans.
• Preparing inspection reports and other relevant documents.
• Responsible for Gas Turbine, Generator and Steam turbine Installation and alignment as per applicable standards and testing plan.
• Ensuring implementation of Quality Control Plan, Procedure and Inspection & Test Plan.
• Review the test package and witnessing the hydro test, pneumatic test, service test, and flushing as per applicable codes and procedures.
• Preparing & monitoring manpower requirement as per schedule.
• Making requirement of tools & tackles and P & M equipment’s as per schedule.
• Lead and review work packages prior to execution and erection.
• Monitor the work progress and ensure the uniformity and consistency in the application of procedure in conformance of project specification requirements.
• Planning, Evaluation and Acceptance of ongoing and completed piping works both in fabrication and installation.
• Responsible for Equipment’s erection, inspection of alignments, pre-fabrication of piping spools and Fabrication of pipe supports.
• Responsible for erection of high-pressure pumps &piping, hydro testing and pre commissioning.
• Preparation of material and consumable requirements as per schedule.
• Responsible to general requirements for pressure testing procedures for field hydro-test
• Responsible for the installation & erection of all type of mechanical equipment’s.
• Site survey, Pre-Engineering Survey, Site supervision and Co-ordination for offshore and onshore project.
• Leading for erection, Alignment and Commissioning of Rotary Equipment’s and pipe line In Thermal Power Plants Such as Turbine, Gear Box, Generator, Forced Drought Fan, Primary Air Fan, Seal Air Fan.
• Planning & leading for erection, Alignment and pre-Commissioning of Steam Turbine, Generator and STG Auxillaries of gland Steam Condenser Air Jet Ejector, LP Heater, Hp Heater, Deaerator and storage tanks,Condenser.
• Plan for Erection Alignment and Commissioning of Coal Mill, CEP, BFP, CCW PUMP’S and lubricating oil equipment with integral pipe line.
• Plan for Erection and Alignment of Air intake system &Sea Water intake pumps and screens
• Responsible for erection of high-pressure piping, hydro testing and pre commissioning.
• Responsible in closing the various category of punch list as per priorities.
• Handover the package to client as per the committed schedule.
