• Implemented sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting to enhance competencies in Temasek Polytechnic. Produced Temasek Polytechnic's first Sustainability Report FY2023.
• Collated institution-wide external communications with Ministries (MOE, MSE - Committee of Supply),
• Lead communications for the CSO eg write a thought leadership article for the Institute of Engineers magazine in 2023, prepared sustainability advertorials for publication
• Launched inaugural TP ECO-lab Symposium in 2023 to promote sustainability initiatives. Prepared CSO speech and presentation,

• Merged 6 communication skills sections from 6 faculties into one Centre for Life Skills to ensure a successful merger for 40 staff.
• Innovated and infused various digital tools, including generative AI, for education, to increase participants’ engagement with course materials.
• Designed and conducted communication skills workshops for the public, TP staff and students. These workshops include:
• 2022 – present: Life Skills workshops for about 650 TP staff to date (starting from 2022), SkillsFuture Festival at SUTD– “Set Your Career Groove Back; Jazz Up Your Resume”; SGUnited Skills Programme (now ceased) during COVID
• 2021 - Temasek Polytechnic’s Learning Festival – Self Directed Learning For Communication Skills and Resume Writing with the aim of helping TP staff in their career transitions

Public speaking engagements

• 2024 – Presenter and plenary at the ASEAN TVET Council 3rd Regional Policy Dialogue on Reskilling and Upskilling in ASEAN in Bali, Indonesia, on the topic of "Building a lifelong learning culture in ASEAN", representing Singapore.
• Moderated where the guest speaker was Professor Kishore Mahbubani on the topic of China-US relationships and Singapore's stance on foreign policies.
