  • Oversee No-Fault Found (NFF) component investigations and collaborate with OEM/AIRBUS to enhance the Mean Time Between Unscheduled Removals (MTBUR) of components. This involves identifying effective maintenance practices and implementing preventive actions.
  • Helped the company with chargebacks averaging 50K USD per month with justifications.
  • Prevented a potential arbitration case in court which could have cost the company a potential 30 Million USD loss.
