- Perform daily leads management - enquiries handling and distribution of leads in a duly manner.
- Actively seek to understand leads or sales opportunities before assigning to distributors and manage distributor relationships.
- Leads and opportunities monitoring and reporting. Deliver appropriate data presentations via Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Gather, utilise and anaylse data from different sources and turn data into insights to help sales team realise the opportunities.
- Support development of marketing campaigns via Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI.
- Support global users in the usage of CRM system and maintain parameters of Group Wholesale Banking CRM by conducting Business Administrative duties through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
- Data reconfiguration for users as gatekeepers of data in the system.
- Analyse data and generate research reports to help facilitate the flow of business from users to their respective customers.
- Conduct regular LV, UAT and logging of JIRA.
- Support user queries relating to CRM and conduct regular UAT building up to the Go-Live period.
- Proactive update and maintenance of contact data for risk assessment, risk management and potential engagements.
