Career Progression: From Audit Assistant to Student Care Supervisor
I began my career as an Audit Assistant at AAA Assurance, where I honed strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality outcomes under tight deadlines. These foundations equipped me with discipline and precision that have served me well in leadership roles.
Transitioning into Student Care, I established and supervised a thriving centre at Bukit Timah Primary School, where my people-oriented approach earned recognition from both colleagues and stakeholders. This experience underscored my ability to blend operational acumen with a genuine passion for building nurturing and enriching environments for students.
Following that, I spent one and a half years at Commit Learning Schoolhouse in Park View Primary School, where I developed positive rapport with school leaders such as Vice-Principal Ms Lim, Admin Manager Ms Chui Ping, as well as teachers and parents. During this time, my team and I grew together, forging strong bonds that extended beyond the workplace.
I firmly believe that a positive work environment is key to sustaining motivation, productivity, and well-being. When people feel valued and supported, they naturally bring their best to work. Conversely, a negative culture often leads to disengagement, absenteeism, and low morale.
