Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

Ensure all customers’ queries and complaints are investigated and resolved with Operations Teams and/or Customers, and escalated to immediate Superior for assistance and advice if unable to resolve the issues
Arrange Export shipments with 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) warehouse and forwarder
Prepare shipping documentations like invoice, certificate of origin, etc. and submit documents according to Letter of credit requirement
Process all types of Visa as requested by client
Submit relevant documents to the immigration.
Keep abreast with changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures, in order to be able to provide accurate, timely and appropriate advice.
Maintain a good relationship with Government Departments/Embassy.
Maintain clients record such as copy passport, record of previous visa, etc.
