A role created with responsibility to roll out Global Leadership Programs for senior-management and middle management in the Asia Pacific regions. Two main leadership programs are HPM (High Performance Management) and TIL (Transitioning Into Leadership) which consist of 3 and 5 modules respectively. The programs are offered quarterly for each module at different locations in the APAC.
Training Program Management
Launch phase
Support all launch communication on any new edition of HPM and TIL leadership program in Asia Pacific regions.
Report nominations in the desired analysis format and selection.
Pre-delivery phase
Handles logistics (sourcing of trainers, arranging locations and training venues, etc)
Tied up with external vendors such as hotels, printing company etc. and maintain working relationships.
Arrange and send program fact sheet information to participants, finalize program logistics, arrange participants’ binders from local external vendors or Minneapolis L&D vendors etc.
Ensure room set up are in accordance to course needs. (including set ups, equipments etc)
Ensure a quality delivery environment for trainer(s)' and participants' satisfaction
