Management of Raffles Diagnostica Pte Ltd

• Handle full set of accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing of accounts
• Quarterly GST submission
• Prepare timely management and financial reports with analysis

• Manage the banking and treasury needs of the Group

MOH Subvention

• Ensure timely submission of subvention claims to MOH for emergency department, specialist and inpatient
• Setup checks to ensure consistency with approved governance framework
• Involved in 2 years of MOH audit
• Preparation of audit files and other adhoc requests from MOHH and liaising with stakeholders for audit queries.

• Carried out audit fieldwork in accordance with audit plan
• Performed physical stock take and ensured timely follow up on discrepancies and necessary supporting documents
• Ensured timely submission of reports and meeting tight deadlines.

• Supported the budget submission and month-end close process of the Asia Region by analyzing all submission documents from 17 countries in Asia
• Any discrepancies are highlighted to the treasury manager and the respective countries manager in-charge
• Designed excel formulas using Cognos to generate budget and trend reports
• Prepared Asia financial performance report using Cognos to be submitted to department heads for review
• Calculated monthly cash flow hedge exposure and prepared journal entries to be posted in the company's general ledger.

• Prepared annual continuance of more than 100 clients independently for assessment by tax agents
• Assisted the tax agents with client's income tax computations by making the necessary amendments which helped to speed up the tax compliance process
• Portrayed strong ability to work under pressure during the peak period.
