(1) Part of a team that partnered GovTech's technical specialists on the rewrite of WOG IT policies to uplift governance and cybersecurity standards, enable progressive and cost-effective IT practices and to enhance user-centricity;

(2) Proposed and communicated changes to WOG IT policies for Digital Government's leadership roles and coordinating platforms. Implemented those requirements for SNDGO;

(3) Reviewed policy position on WOG usage of commercial cloud services for critical systems;

(4) Assessed and provided recommendations for agencies' requests to be waived from certain section/s of WOG IT policies;
