• Assisted physicians with diagnostic procedures, ensuring accurate results for optimal treatment planning.

working in Renal dialysis centre, transferred to RDC cause I am more interested in doing dialysis for the patient.

• Monitored patients' conditions and reported changes in physical presentation, appearance, and behavior to discuss treatment with physicians.
• Do dialysis for the patient, educate them how to take care of their dialysis access, and how to prevent to get infection in daily life.
• Take care of the patients during the dialysis, watch out for any discomfort symptoms,ask the patient whether they are comfortable to continue the dialysis.
• prepared the equipment carefully before the patient come to do the dialysis. Checked each machine with good condition and whether ready to use.
• Help the dialysis patient's family member to understand what's dialysis,what they need to take notice if they stay with the patient.
