• Post-fixture operations of the Company's owned/chartered bulk carriers
• Liaising with vessels/ship managers/charterers on the vessel itinerary and the operation
• Creating hire invoice/statement and input into IMOS
• Monitoring the performance of the vessels and the counterparties
• Drafting of contractual/operational documents

• Responsible for post-fixture Operations
• Independently liaise with ship owners and charterers closely
• Monitor and update vessel movement
• Issue invoices

• Deal with Charterers and Ship-Owner pertaining to all post-deal activities to ensure all necessary operational information is passed on timely
• Resolve common and complex deliveries, dispute and claims between charterer and ship-owner
• Monitor vessel movement/Vessel operation (TC/VC) and solve operational issues
• Handle Third-party vessel shipment – Acting as a broker liaising with Charterer and Vessel owner
• In-house shipment – Provide voyage instruction to Master. To optimize cargo loadable, check stowage for single or multi grades cargoes and any restrictions for load and discharge ports. Monitor
  loading and discharging procedures and checking on the documents.
• Check estimated port costs and final port cost, Appointment of
  agents
• Liaise with port agents to ensure vessels meet the port requirement and restrictions
• Freight invoice preparation
• Charterer’s LOI preparation
• Check and ensure all Bill of Lading are correctly drafted and issued.
• Monitoring vessel bunker requirement and stem bunker as required.
• Do Profit and Loss for the vessel on every month end
• Shipment mostly in China, India, Asia, Red Sea

• Co-ordination with travel agencies on travel arrangement of the mobilisation and demobilisation of the crews, including visa application, Air/Ferry/Land
• Co-ordination with Port agents and Manning agents for crews’ embarkation and disembarkation
• Ensure crews are equipped with the relevant requirements (Medical, Competence certificate and Training certificates)
• Arranging medical crew down to shore to consult a doctor
