- Conduct hydraulic function tests on the LRU according to the manual, which usually includes the overall dimensions, actuation range, pressure resistance, movement rate and damping flow.

- Calculate the bushing size according to the tolerances given in the manual.
- Test and repair the insulation and conductivity performance of the wiring harness, replace the wires and electrical connectors as needed, and replace damaged heat shrink tubing.
- Use nitrogen shrink fit to install the bushing or pin, manually hone the bushing ID to the matching size, use a rolling tool to install the spherical bearing, and seal the bushing and bearing edges with sealant.
- Assemble the landing gear in accordance with the manual using a crane, Fixtures, special tools, torque tools, various anti-corrosion agents, sealants, and grease.
- Perform final tests to verify the sealing performance, mechanical properties, and overall dimensions of the landing gear.
