Company Overview: Industry Railway and Construction
Responsible for all plant, tools and equipment inventory controls.
Scheduling and planning of material and large plant deliveries in and out to sites.
Site support and manpower, materials and equipment deployment and management (TMF)
- Plan and arrange TSA allocation, setup, storage, and update construction drawings.
Review method statements for gantry, mobile, and lorry crane operations; ensure safe erection and demobilisation at TSA.
Coordinate with authorities including CAAS, RSAF, DBC, AE, SCDF, Civil contractors, SWCs, Public Relations, and PUB.
Liaise with Civil team for trime pipe access, casting, and setup with concrete or elephant trunk pumps.
Manage LTA weekly pre-assembly plans, monthly updates, MSRA, WBGT, and site control.
Conduct daily site inspections in tunnels for trime pipe connection, casting plans, manpower arrangements, and post-casting preparation.
Ensure pre-assembly panels, turnout, and diamond crossing comply before site delivery.
Collaborate with QA/QAC to verify calibration certificates and ensure all QAQC documentation is signed prior to delivery.
Work closely with Safety team for monthly inspections, colours coding, and coordination with ECO for water ponding and dengue alerts.
Update Project Manager regularly on all activities in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
Support Construction Manager with pre-assembly, casting plans, and material requirements.
Arrange trime pipe setup and casting team via Casting Supervisor.
Coordinate delivery schedules, lifting teams, forklift operators, and concrete truck arrivals with Procurement Manager.
Oversee inventory, cycle counts, audits, and tool safety with Logistics team.
Ensure workers conduct toolbox talks twice daily, understand safety protocols, and comply with PPE and site access controls.
Manage storage conditions for FBW, IRJ, and ATW materials; monitor diesel usage.
Maintain plant equipment service schedules and update service reports.
Overall responsibility for TSA housekeeping, inventory control, cable management, and delivery coordination to maintain KPIs.
