• Responsible for reviewing the Machine spreads to identify any gaps, correct them and ensure spreads are “complete and correct” prior to being sent to the client.
• Include Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow data, as well as data elements extracted from notes to the accounts, taken from the annual / interim financial statements of public and private entities.
• Implement improvements to process and contribute to new projects including technology, accounting changes and methodology updates.
• Manual spreading to complement the Machine Learning spreads which requiring a highly detailed competency.

• In-charge for the compliance audit to ensure investment manager comply to MAS regulations. eg: Fund Manager
• Review the valuation methodologies and assumptions of clients’ investments to ensure the reasonableness of the valuation.
• Investment type: Private Credit, Private Equity and Venture Capital Company.

• Ensuring passengers' safety and comfort at all times.

Part time during Aviation Recession

• Updating and submission of the Company’s statutory information. (Annual Return, Adoption of Constitution and etc)
• Handling company’s board, general and extraordinary general meetings. (BoardResolutions and Minutes)
• Incorporation of new Company/ strike off of Company.
• Advising corporate governance in accordance with the provisions of the Companies
  Act 2016.

Part time during Aviation Recession

• Handling full sets of accounts according to own portfolio in a timely manner. (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliation, Stock
  Listing, Cash Flow)
• Analysis of financial statement and present to client on monthly basis.

• In charge of small/mid-scale of property development, investment properties and trading companies.
• Identified and assessed risk of material misstatement of financial statements.
• Assessed client’s internal control effectiveness by performing walkthrough meeting with client and providing solution to ensure control are effectively designed and executed.
