• Casework and Counselling (Mainly complex, family violence, Child Protection and CGO cases) to address needs and ensure safety through comprehensive assessment, intervention strategies, advocacy efforts and collaboration with involved agencies.

• Administration and Management of effective casework measures through in charge of Practice Standards, SOPs and ACPs tracking.

• Member in Bedok Regional Family Violence Working 2021-2022, by playing a facilitator role during Police Training and developing Evaluation Matrix.
