1. Timely and accurate tracking and updating of reports -

  • Weekly Sales Reports – Update the monthly and weekly sales reports, including HQ sales reports, by copying data from RM sales entries. Ensure all branch reports are updated on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Weekly Marketing Partnership Reports – Ensure EA/MM partnership reports are consistently updated with the latest remarks.
  • RM Reports – Verify that RMs input the correct dates, select accurate sales sources, and update statuses correctly.
  • Monthly Townhall Slides and Minutes – Update the monthly business report, and prepare townhall slides using the provided template. Record weekly meeting updates, including lead assignments, appointments, and activity tracking.
  • RM Quarterly Incentive Results – Compile QI reports, ensure all policy issuances fall within the T&C period, and calculate accurate incentives for each RM.
  • Quality Indicator Results – Update quarterly results, pending verification on the latest workflow.
  • Other Reports – Update additional reports as needed on an ad-hoc basis.
  • BSC Matters;
  • Compile and update issue cases quarterly. Send the selected client list to CG, and save in-force details, client documents, and survey responses accordingly.
