In my role at Citibank, I excel in cross-selling and up-selling a range of banking products(balance transfer, installment loan, credit review, and conversion of credit card transactions) to existing, new, and high-net-worth customers
I ensure a seamless end-to-end sales process through meticulous submission of documentation and exemplary post-sales service, guaranteeing timely fund disbursement as directed by our customers
I pride myself on maintaining the professional image expected of a Citibank employee while adhering to stringent controls and compliance frameworks
In essence, I have also been delegated on an ad-hoc basis to co-manage and perform sales coaching of the new hires
The telemarketing environment works in a fast-paced auto-dialler environment with minimum KPIs on the number of calls, conversion rates, loan amounts, talk-time, call handle time, etc
As a relationship officer, the minimum individual target that I have been tasked to meet and has exceeded so, during my tenor with Citibank is as follows:
1) Deliver an average productivity of1MM every month and a full-year target of12MM
2) Meet monthly target of510K on installment volumes with a full-year target of6.12MM
