o Responsible for all key strategic customers in SEA (> S$1M in annual sales).
Channel Management – SEA
o Drive & manage our distributors in Indonesia and Philippines.
o Communicate and implement product and market strategies in conjunction with our distributors.
Product Management – SEA
o General product management functions as reflected in earlier Regional PMM position.
o Responsible for improving the sales & margin performance of all product portfolios.
o Identify and drive sales growth in new market segments.
o Identify potential related businesses with good synergies for acquisition.
o Formulate market strategies to gain market share and penetration.
R&D – SEA
o Track market/product trends & identify new and future market needs & requirements.
o Collaborate with WW and local R&D staff to jointly develop new processes to meet and exceed industries' requirements.
o Identify Beta testing sites and coordinate all field testing information and results for our WW R&D.
