- Ensure linkage to the Strategy (SDP) and Process Integration to enable Site implementation and execution of std processes and tools in operations. Driving accountability and influencing key stakeholders (Ops/QA/ME) during site steering meeting and tier escalation to achieve site results.
- Logistic/warehouse management with the logistic team in ensuring timely and 100% accurate delivery of end products to customers. Deploying improvement project (streamlining packing materials) and adherence to logistic procedure starting from incoming, pick and pack to shipping to ensure maximum utilization of manpower with quality parts. Freight Cost reduction of 25% YoY by implementing consolidated pricing with commodity and reduction of Gold/Express Shipment through improvement in site operations.
