Responsible for assisting Paiza guests during their visit to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) VIP Paiza, VIP Floor Window, Paiza Rolling Clerk, Front Window, Team Member Bank ( Interner Bank ), Fill Bank( Chip bank), Entry Levy, functions duties and responsibilities include. prompt and accurate service relating to monetary and financial transaction in a secure environment known as the cage which encompasses three distinct areas being: VIP Cashier –handle VIP Patron, Rolling Clerk –Assistant VIP Patron, Main Bank , Marker Bank, Fill Bank, Team Member Bank, Entry Levy.


Job Responsibilities

· Provide excellent and delightful service to all Paiza guests and assist them with their needs and requests.

· Manage the Paiza Membership counters and assist with Paiza Membership enrollment.

· Assist guests with Paiza Programs opening and settlement.

· Prepare and ensure proper set-up of private gaming salons for Paiza guests.

· Assist with Special Events and Promotions.

· Ensure compliance to the organization's guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties.

Primary Responsibilities

. Government regulation, Internal Control statement ( ICS ) Policies and Procedures

Chip Bank Duties

. Assume responsibility for an assigned inventory of gaming chip for a specific shift, performing all transaction in an accurate and timely manner, including communication ( shift hand over) issues and complete a shift-end balance

. Transactions include but are not limited to :

. Verification of chip validity

. Table fills and credits

. Chip transfers

. Associated administrative duties

. Liaise with cage management with regard to ordering and destruction of gaming chip


Front Window duties :

. Assume responsibility for an assigned inventory of cash and/or cash equivalents for a specific shift, performing all transaction in an accurate and timely manner, including verification of assigned inventory and shift end balance

. Using operating system to perform various transaction and services

. Replenish assigned inventory as determined by business demands, ensuring minimal disruption to customer service

. Perform financial/monetary transaction for our customer including but not limited to EFTPOS and credit card processing, exchange of gaming chip, foreign currency, cashless gaming redemption


Main Bank / Marker Bank

. Assume responsibility for an assigned inventory of cash/chip equivalents and documents for a specific shift, performing all transaction in an accurate and timely manner, including verification of assigned inventory and shift - end balance

. Perform financial/monetary transaction for our customer including but not limited to, preparation of banking – cash, Cheques, credit card, verification of cashless gaming and foreign currency erc

. Maintain accurate records pertaining to various accounts held by our customers

. Liaise with Count Team management relating to “buy” of various “drops”

. Prepare and disseminate daily reports as required for financial reporting purposes
