Follow up with patients on submission of financial documents, ensure they are accurately completed.
Regularly verify patient's bill, ensure deposit made by patients or their insurance, Medisave, 3rd party payer is sufficient to cover. Coordinating with insurance companies or 3rd party payer, through phone calls and emails if required.
Address to enquiries promptly and professionally through walk-ins, phone calls and emails.
Assist with other ad-hoc duties, participate in projects or discussion related to financial counselling.
