- To monitor and track all marketing campaigns closely, so as to optimize the ROI from all the outreach activities.
- To synergize with all sub-units within the department and ensure alignment of marketing communications and call-to-actions for all marketing campaigns.
- To supervise and guide a Senior Executive in planning and executing marketing campaign targeted at Pan-National regions, working towards bringing in more registrants to our info sessions, as well as to increase the overall application numbers.
- Working towards bringing in local students to apply for our Postgraduate by Coursework featured programmes.
- To supervise and guide a Senior Executive in planning and executing marketing campaigns & events, focusing on 4 key target market segment in Singapore as follow:
a. Mass Market – Information Sessions, Exhibitions & Digital Marketing
b. Ministries, Trade Associations & Professional Bodies - To build the talent development pool of Govt agencies. Collaborate with trade associations such as IMDA, SSIA & SMF
c. Current NUS students - Reaching out to relevant NUS students clubs – e.g. Bachelor of Environmental Studies & NUS Alumni Ventures etc.
d. NUS Alumni – Advertise in AlumNUS magazine and partner with other department on joint Alumni outreach efforts
- Organize and manage events that involved joint sub-units, joint business-units or joint NUS Schools or Faculties by coordinating with the respective stakeholders.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to internalize on the info session format and oversee the entire process from pre-engagement, actual event conduct to post-engagement etc.
- For joint exhibitions, to oversee the resource planning, in terms of marketing materials needed and man-power allocations etc. Conduct pre-event brief and provide post-event report at the end of the exhibition.
- Supervise and guide two Senior Executive to oversee the entire marketing campaigns through social media channels and content marketing to promote Undergraduate programmes.
- To monitor and track all marketing campaign performance, so as to ensure that they are optimise and achieve good ROI. A detailed Marketing Closing report will be shared with all stakeholders on our overall marketing efforts and outcomes.
- Constantly looking at improving the processes and making sure all team members are well-inform or kept up-to-date on University policies and procedures such as procurement matters or PDPA matters etc.
- Overseeing the organization of department shared folders and making sure all relevant information are save in shared folders in an organized manner, so that all team members can access to information more effectively.
- Work closely with representative of NUS IT and other SCALE Business Unit reps to oversee the CRM or Marketing Automation Tool Project
