LAW CHING CHUNG

• Lead a team of supervisors and engineers, to ensure, supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & project specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)
• Ensure that the delivery, construction, installation and assembly of precast components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
• Assist Construction Manager and Project Manager in sub-contractor management, on-site technical and engineering matters with consultant.
• Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant WSH regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures.

• Field and project engineers plan, design, develop and manage projects for the construction or repair of buildings and a wide variety of other construction projects.
• Specialize in foundation analysis, building and structural inspection, surveying, infrastructures and municipal planning.
• Responsible for post-delivery QC checking of IBS component, installation planning, post installation inspection, grouting procedure.
• Work closely with site superintendents and provide assistance as required.
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site, Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors.

• Supervised in concreting work for lean concrete, pile cap, ground beam, tiebeam, retaining wall, beam, floor slab, roof slab, post tensioning carpark slab, transfer plate and high-level swimming pool
• Experienced more than 4 years on aluminum form work application for high-rises building
• Other involvement of supervision and inspection including portal frame bolting, window and door framing, electricity fitting, air conditional ducting, ceiling, firefighting, tilling, metal welding, roofing, plumbing system, solar system, skim coat, painting and etc
