LAVINIA CHEN

PEOPLE AND BUSINESS LEADER
Singapore

Summary

Being in the HR space over 18 years, I am passionate about building strong people-centric organizations from the ground up. I've had the privilege of leading HR teams in both start-up and established brands, building HR frameworks and setting people policies to drive an impactful business. My experience spans across talent acquisition, HRIS, compensation & benefits to employee engagement.

On the side, I love to train and coach others. I thrive on forging genuine connections and finding creative solutions that support both individuals and the business as a whole. There's nothing more fulfilling to me than watching employees grow in their careers and seeing organizational culture come alive. I believe that when we genuinely care for our people, they, in turn, drive exceptional business success.
