• Conducting site assessments, solar energy potential analyses, and evaluating the technical feasibility of solar projects.
• Designing systems based on site conditions and energy demand, optimizing efficiency and cost.

Construction

• Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and Qualified Person(PV LEW, Building LEW, Structural QP) to ensure smooth execution.
• Completed construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.
• Sourcing and managing suppliers for solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and other equipment.
• Ensuring that the solar systems are installed according to design plans and safety regulations.

Post-Construction

• Overseeing system testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the system operates efficiently before handover.
• Analyzing system performance after installation to verify expected energy output and addressing any underperformance issues.

• Leading teams of electricians and laborers during construction and installation phases.
• Implementing and enforcing safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and minimizing risks associated with electrical work and rooftop installations.
• Providing daily reports to project managers on the status of the work, identifying potential delays, and mitigating risks.
• Ensuring proper installation of solar panel, wiring, earthing, and AC/DC conversions for grid-tied.
• Conducting tests to ensure the system is functioning properly before it’s connected to the grid. Example: Megger, Multimeter and Solmetric PV Analyzer.
• Inspecting materials and workmanship to meet quality standards and safety regulations.
