Team Leader of 7 headcounts (excluding interns) in charge of the entire Inventory Finance of IET product line.

1. Led the Catcher team during the migration of Inventory processes from Budapest to KL. Complication of all steps and procedures to sharepoint to ensure knowledge is not lost during migration process.

2. Involve in the ICP Elimination assessment and communication with controller

3. Weekly reporting to stakeholder P&L risks estimated and work together with team to mitigate the foresee risks to P&L

4. Review teams analysis reports ; Reserve reports, WIP Aging reports, ICP reports, GRNI to GIT reports, COGS and so on.

5. Initiate simplification and automation of reports and processes with team; creation of sharepoint in which all reports and updates are saved in the PowerBi tool creating an easy access to all stakeholders for weekly updated numbers

• Part of the Supply Chain Department- handling Inventory related operations in which entails majorly risk assessment of the IET product line Inventories; Communication with stakeholders after performing the risk analysis on aged stocks, terminated stocks & aged WIP.
• Prepare, analyze and communicate renewal of Inventory aging policy & COGS turnover policy with controllership team
• Using VBA macros to simply and automate weekly reports- Reserve report, WIP & ECA (Estimated Cost Accrual) report, which led to saving 1 FTEs
• Ensuring all project costs are validated before COGS liquidation (ensuring P&L is true & fair)
• Performing both monthly & quarterly closure.

Started off in 2021 part of the migration of the IET Supply Chain Finance processes from Nuovo Pignone, Italy to Kuala Lumpur.

1. Documentation of the entire Inventory process policies and procedures from Stock to WIP to Stock (Ready Goods) then title transfer as Project cost, and finally to liquidation as COGS (P&L).

2. In charge of assessing risks in regard to obsolete and slow moving inventories meeting required policies.

3. In charge of the estimation of the Lower to Cost (NRV valuation) of each Inventory assets

4. Became familiar with analysing huge datasets using VBA macros & Power BI.

5. Perform monthly and quarterly closure.

• Focuses on the Assembly Maintenance Operations (AMO) processes of BHGE
• Conducted settlement run on a weekly basis which allows data of estimation and costs to collected and automatically posted (in case of variances)
• Perform reconciliations of the Domestic in Transit accounts for multiple regions (North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East & Africa)
• Conduct the closing process for AMO accounts for North America Region
• Perform Count and API analysis for North America Region
• In- charged of AMO ad-hoc journals from all regions to be posted and accurately presented.

• Audited Companies and Groups from various Industries (Retail, Plantation, Engineering & Real Estate)
• Studied and understand control systems of a Company which then led to the vouching of audit samples and perform test of controls
• Collected audit findings and evidences to support the numbers
• Perform substantive audit procedures for high risks accounts and on odd variances
• Did a 2-week standalone audit project for a small event planning company
• Vouch and studies contracts for a real-estate company
• Produced Audited Financial Reports- perform drafting of the reports and recalculation of the audit findings for them to be accurately presented
• Alga mated Financial Reports for multiple legal entities in a company and participated in the drafting of the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements of a Group.
