1. Led the Catcher team during the migration of Inventory processes from Budapest to KL. Complication of all steps and procedures to sharepoint to ensure knowledge is not lost during migration process.
2. Involve in the ICP Elimination assessment and communication with controller
3. Weekly reporting to stakeholder P&L risks estimated and work together with team to mitigate the foresee risks to P&L
4. Review teams analysis reports ; Reserve reports, WIP Aging reports, ICP reports, GRNI to GIT reports, COGS and so on.
5. Initiate simplification and automation of reports and processes with team; creation of sharepoint in which all reports and updates are saved in the PowerBi tool creating an easy access to all stakeholders for weekly updated numbers
Started off in 2021 part of the migration of the IET Supply Chain Finance processes from Nuovo Pignone, Italy to Kuala Lumpur.
1. Documentation of the entire Inventory process policies and procedures from Stock to WIP to Stock (Ready Goods) then title transfer as Project cost, and finally to liquidation as COGS (P&L).
2. In charge of assessing risks in regard to obsolete and slow moving inventories meeting required policies.
3. In charge of the estimation of the Lower to Cost (NRV valuation) of each Inventory assets
4. Became familiar with analysing huge datasets using VBA macros & Power BI.
5. Perform monthly and quarterly closure.
