With over 20 years of shipping experience, I am a Deputy General Manager at Ocean Network Express, a leading global container shipping company. I lead the Global Cargo & Stowage department, where I oversee stowage optimization, loadability enhancement, cost reduction, and terminal productivity improvement across the network.
My core competencies include operations management, team motivation, and e-commerce. I have facilitated multiple world record loads on 20K and 24K vessels, thanks to the close collaboration with the central planners and various internal stakeholders. I have also improved terminal efficiency and performance through the terminal partnering program, which involves strategic alignment and communication with the terminal operators. My mission is to deliver excellence, innovation, and value to our customers and partners in the shipping industry.

Besides providing coaching and guidance to my team in Singapore, as we are global stowage management, the global planning offices are functionally reporting to me which I will also provide stowage guidance and improvement to the planning offices to optimize loadability, reduce restows and improve terminal productivity by providing optimal crane intensity
