KCDE (Kim Chum Depot Extension Rail and Bus Depot) Project

• Design and analyze electrical systems based on Contract design drawings before construction to improve efficiency for timely submission to LTA & Consultant.
• Collaborate with Civil, Architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into overall Rail & Bus Depot.
• Participate in regular LTA Technical meetings and proactively manage customer expectations by preparing necessary submissions / Design Proposals/agenda /Pro minutes of meeting etc.
• Liaise with multiple suppliers and Corporations for drawings & Material submission and approval, and advise Client to be implemented specifications and installations.
• Perform electrical load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing.
• Review on Single Line Diagram & Panel Manufacturing drawings and submit for approval.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant specifications, electrical codes, regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with the BIM team for Shop drawing submission as per specifications & LTA requirement.
• Raise RFI & EI to LTA & Consultant due to design discrepancies and load requirements from other SWCs.
• Conduct and participate in FAT for Main Switch Boards & Distribution Boards at Panel Factory.
• Proficient in technical design Volt Drop Calculation, Lux Calculation, etc,.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and NAVISWORK to coordinate and review electrical & other services.
• Collaborate with LTA, Consultant.Suppliers & internal team members for successful project execution.

Y-Complex - Office Tower & Hotel Project

• Participate in weekly and monthly project progress meeting and update progress report
• Co-ordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies
• Submit, and review shop drawings, coordination drawings & progress claims
• Supervise and control project operations for manpower planning and update project schedule
• Make periodic checks on contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings, etc
• Supervise site works to achieve good quality and progress
• Work closely with draftsmen and all sub-contractors to carry out design, supervision and installation of the entire electrical installation, including testing and commissioning of all systems

• Handling of technical and engineering problems in electrical LV,ELV systems
• Submit, and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings
• Responsible for the planning, coordinating, quality and timely completion of engineering drawings

• Track subcontractor resources daily and record accurately
