20 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry in variety of FPSO, Offshore and Onshore Drilling Rig, Offshore Platform, Offshore Accommodation Unit during its construction, refurbishment and commissioning phase as a Mechanical/HVAC/Living Quarter/Preservation engineer conducting mechanical completion inspection, production coordination, supervision, preservation, and commissioning.

Supervise local MC inspectors and assist Contractor with operation of the PIMSCMS system for both mechanical completion and for preservation.
Assist Contractor in preparing MC dossiers for all part systems and prepare weekly status reports.
Supervise / coordinate all Punch list work, ensure a common approach and method to produce active punch items, and convert these to outstanding work / carry over lists.
Ensure MC complete for handover to Commissioning and participate in area/system punch out and monitor the MC status in PIMSCMS.
· Involve in setting up a preservation and HVAC department in OneSource AS Pte Ltd.
· Involve in project planning, engineering, executing, and estimating projects for HVAC and Preservation in offshore projects which are currently ongoing in Singapore shipyards.
Involve in assigning project HVAC and preservation manpower for oil and gas projects.
Review supplier’s documentation and ensure that engineering have confirmed that HVAC and preservation requirement is adequate.
Follow-up and supervise that all HVAC and preservation activities are performed in accordance with Vendor documentation, project specifications and Contractual and as per project technical requirements.
Work closely with client and vendor for all the HVAC and preservation requirements.
Ensure HSE requirements are maintained and being a HSE role model.
· Lead a team of inspectors and contractors’ personnel executing preservation activities.
· Establish a quality preservation and cleanliness regime that will provide assurance to the FPSO and equipment to remain in good condition and operable at all stages throughout the project.
· Engage with management, engineering, operation, and commissioning to establish expectations and requirements.
· Take ownership of and develop the preservation philosophy and strategy.
· Ensure HSE requirements are maintained and being a HSE role model.
· Review supplier’s documentation and ensure that engineering have confirmed that preservation requirement is adequate.
· Follow-up and supervise that all preservation activities are performed in accordance with Vendor documentation, project specifications and Contractual and as per Equinor’s technical requirements.
· Coordinate and oversee the entire preservation module in ProCoSys in order to follow up the preservation status in the completion system.
· Ensure HSE requirements are maintained and being a HSE role model.
· Follow-up that all preservation activities are performed in accordance with Vendor documentation, project specifications and Contractual- and Company technical requirements.
· Ensure proper protection of equipment, outfitting, insulation, and painted surfaces during construction work.
· Proactively supervise, assist, and help the Contractor to meet all requirements.
· Establish good communication with Contractor personnel especially with the preservation personnel.
· Participate in area/system inspections when required.
· Participate in Receiving Inspections of Supplier Packages
· Execute practical work when it is necessary and accepted by Contractor.

· Using Company Data systems as ProCoSys, STID, PIMS and SharePoint.
· Preparation of Commissioning Test Procedures for assigned systems (HVAC, Mechanical, Accommodation and Safety/Inergen related systems)
· Review and verification of HVAC / mechanical equipment drawings and deliverables
· Review of vendor offer and drawing for HVAC / Mechanical systems.
· Preparation of boundary drawings as per sub system listing
· Development of technician manpower requirements to support HVAC and Mechanical related commissioning activities as per commissioning schedule.
· Support in addressing all the queries on HVAC, Mechanical and Piping system.
· Lead the technicians for execution at field the checks for pre-commissioning and follow up equipment functional tests as per approved commissioning test procedure.
· Attend project safety Project Safety Construction Committee meetings, conduct Risk Assessments (RA) and Work Method Statement (WMS) meetings and toolbox briefing as required.
· Interface with vendors mobilized to site for equipment testing and commissioning.
· Trouble shoot and resolution of problems during commissioning.
· Identify and register commissioning punch list items for resolution and closure.
· Preparation of red line mark up drawings for as built update drawings.
· Monitor preservation of equipment by construction team and perform necessary preservation works during commissioning.
· To coordinate with yard for everyday progress, completion, and commissioning works
· To coordinate with engineering for deviation specifications
· Follow up commissioning activities especially on HVAC and Inergen systems on the entire FSO.

· Witness commissioning systems and make sure that all the systems are handed over to the operation team in good hand.
· Responsible for final area completion of all the compartments on the entire vessel.
· Oversee the construction and commissioning activities of LQ and HVAC packages/sub system/ systems.
· Involved in final MC inspection of all the packages.
· Assist Contractor with operation of the PIMSCMS system for both mechanical completion and for preservation.
· Liaise with shipyard and vendor engineer, construction, and commissioning team to make sure that all the commissioning systems are in good operation status.
· Participate in area/system punch out and monitor the MC status.
· Review of contractor’s shop drawings.
· Ensure that the yard compiles full and accurate reports of the mechanical, piping, electrical and architecture activities.
· Reports on a day-to-day basis directly to the construction manager.
· Continuous liaison with the Engineering, Construction and Commissioning Leader from the yard
· Follow-up and make sure that all preservation activities are performed in accordance with Vendor documentation.

· To attend and witness all the commissioning systems related to HVAC/LQ and Inergen System which was a part of Accommodation in the project.

· Attend review meeting with the builder and follow up on the minutes of meeting.
· Inform owner of any critical items that may influence the delivery schedule and propose recovery plan.
· To verify and document all the necessary certificates.
· To ensure that the accommodation is of the best standard for all the crews to work and live in
· To complete project management on behalf of the owners
Responsibilities for HVAC system
· Supervise all the hot work, which needs to be done before the installation of all the necessary equipments for the Mechanical/HVAC systems.
· Work together with other departments before installation.
· Supervise and deploy daily manpower.
· Make sure that the workplace is safe for the workers to work.
· Liaise with logistics and warehouse to draw out all the equipment which is to be installed onboard.
· Inspect all the equipment together with the joint inspection team.
· Installing all the equipment onboard including the galley, laundry equipments in the living quarters
· Liaise with the customer after installing all the equipment and make sure that the customer is satisfied with the installation.
· Monitor the subcontractors working on ducting, piping and electrical related to HVAC systems.
· Lead the HVAC commissioning systems.
Responsibilities for Living Quarters
· Supervise all the hot works before the installation of the wall panel, top and bottom profile, metal joiner doors.
· Make sure that all the insulated rooms are complete with insulation pin installation before the blocks are painted.
· To check the levelness of the deck especially in the Living Quarters to avoid laying unnecessary layers of underlayment.
· To make sure that all the trades working in the Living Quarters are following the right procedure and make sure that the work inside the Living Quarters are carried out in a proper manner.
· To make sure that the installation of wall panels and ceilings are according to the drawings.
· To install all the furniture at the last stage of the Living Quarters and protect them.
· To hand over the Living Quarters to the customer in the best way and make sure that the clients are satisfied with the work completed inside the Living Quarters
· The entire drilling and mud process system operating equipment on the oil rig
· The piping systems for the entire oil rig.
· The water supply for the entire rig including cabins and camps for all the employees.
· Cementing Unit (BJ Hughes), cement silos and tanks
· Storage tanks for mud (drilling fluid) and water.
· Make sure all the workers are working in a safety environment.
· Supervise and deploy all the workers every day.
