Create and update ACMV BIM Model based on contact drawing and latest information.

Generate documentation and shop drawing for submissions and approval .

Review BIM Model and identify issues where discrepancies occur during design stage and coordinate with main con.

Attends coordination meeting and provide technical supports to resolve the issues.

Review ACMV system design and liaise with consultant .

Produce BIM Model deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication.

Develop BIM Model with the correct parameter and attributes for BIM based quantification and 4 D simulation.

Assist project management with other necessary task.

Prepare construction drawing and detail drawing as per site requirement using Auto CAD.

Site supervision and to liaise with supervisor and work to ensure smooth work flow.

Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge.

To liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

Preparation of inspection and doing site inspection with RTO.

Follow project engineer instruction and

Report site progress to project management.
