I started my career in general insurance in year 2013 as a telemarketer and was promoted to team manager in year 2019. As a telemarketer, I came across different campaigns and sponsors like Citibank, Diners Club, Maybank, AXS, Scoot as well as DBS Bank. I have a very strong people management skill as a team manager in DBS Bank. Not only that, I have built a top performance team for 3 consecutive years. Lastly I was nominated as the hero who marveled us 2021 under Chubb Singapore Employees Recognition Awards and I also won the Consumer Direct Marketing Sales Competition in 2021 which rewarded a New York Trip in 2022.


In addition, I was promoted to Telemarketing Manager (Contact Center Manager) effective January 2023 and managed a contact center of 70 headcount (Sales Team & Support Team). Latest achievement in 2024 with 15% YoY growth of sales in general Insurance products.
