• As an oil and petroleum Superintendent i have attended to ships in China, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar and Indonesia for cargo operation at terminals and also for STS operation
• Prepare reconciliation reports and rectify discrepancies in cargo quantity for clients
• Sail with ships to designated OPL spots or terminal for ship operations
• Loss control
• Minimize losses during cargo movement and in cargo operations
• Performing ship inspection on operational equipment and ship maintenance Crew and officers appraisal
• Expedite operations
• Loading and discharging operations at terminals and STS operations at OPL grounds
• Perform shore side inspection in terminals
• Prepare reconciliation report

• Assist officers on board ship in Cow /Dow and stripping

• Last Drawn Salary: S$3950 + 1 mth AWS + 3 mths Bonus

• Daily man power scheduling and leave approval

• Prepare the monthly pay roll, overtime, allowance, claims and expenses for the surveyors
• Ensure surveyors discipline and Conduct in oil terminal and oil refinery
• Building up and developing good relationship with Oil terminal and Refiners

• Update and advice clients on operations
• Guide field surveyors on jobs
