Scope: Cybersecurity and Functional Safety Engineer

OT Cybersecurity :

• Cyber Security Life Cycle Plan: Preparation of OT Cybersecurity Management Plan- Project Phase based on IEC62443 framework with defining Scope boundaries, Roles and Responsibilities.
• Assess Phase: System Architecture Review of OT systems across FPSO, Asset Inventory Collection/Review, Understanding Data Flow, List/Identify System Under Consideration (SuC) with clear demarcation of security perimeter and access points, Inputs to High Level Risk Assessment workshop. Preparation of Zone and Conduit Drawing , Inputs to Detailed Level Risk Assessment, Liaise with Third party consultant for Workshop preparation with involving Stakeholders.
• Develop Phase: Preparation of Cybersecurity Requirement Specification with documenting mandatory security countermeasures of the SUC based on the outcome of the detailed risk assessment as well as general security requirements based upon company or site-specific policies,Standard and relevant regulation.
• Implement Phase: Review/Verify the design and engineering of Cyber security Countermeasures in the Vendor Cybersecurity Functional Design specification.
• Allocate IP Address Scheme and Provide Firewall configuration Inputs to Vendors.Establish/ Provide Restricted access to Sensitive documentation. Cybersecurity Audit with Vendors.
• Validation Phase (FAT): Validate Cybersecurity Functional Design Specification as part of Cybersecurity FAT. Witness Cybersecurity FAT with involving network load test,vulnerability assessment, hardening ,remote access, patching,malware update,backup and restore of software applications, User access Levels and password , Network segmentation and Firewall Configuration testing.

Functional Safety Engineer:

• Safety Life Cycle Plan: Preparation of Functional Safety Management Plan- Project Phase based on IEC61511 framework with Support From Functional Safety Manager.
• HAZOP and LOPA: Participation in HAZOP and LOPA workshop, Action Close-out through Action tracker Management tool.
• Safety Requirement Specification: Preparation of Safety Requirement Speciation and SIF Datasheets.
• FSA Stage 1: Engaging a third party Consultant For Functional Safety Assessment Stage 1. Provided Required Input Documentation and Conducted Regular meeting with Consultant to address the findings and recommendations.
• SIL Verification: Engage a third party consultant for SIL Verification. Gather Required Documentation (Datasheets, Safety Manual,SIL Certificates etc) for SIL verification. Review of SIL Verification Report and Action Close-out.
• SIS Design & Engineering: Review of SIS (ABB) Function Design Specification(FDS), SIS(ABB) Cabinet GA and Wiring Drawing, Review of ABB SIL Achieved Report
• Cause and Effect: Preparation of FPSO Facility Safety (F&G,ESD & PSD) C&E Chart with SIF Loop Identification.
• SIS FAT: F&G, ESD & PSD C&E Testing, Ensure requirement specified in SRS ,SIF Datasheets , SIS FDS are met.
• FSA Stage 2: Engaging a third party Consultant For Functional Safety Assessment Stage 2. Provided Required Input Documentation and Conducted Regular meeting with Consultant to address the findings and recommendations.

Project: MV34:ENI Mexico Area 1 Development FPSO Project

Scope: ICSS & VMS/CMS Package Responsible Engineer

• Preparation of PO Specification/RFQ for ICSS Package, Technical Bid Evaluation, ICSS Vendor Document Review, Preparation of Control System Deliverable (Control System Architecture, IO List, FGS/ESD/PSD Cause and Effect, Control Narrative ,Safety Requirement Specification (SRS),Shutdown Hierarchy diagram, ICSS Cable Block Diagram ,Interconnection diagram.), Fire and Gas Philosophy Witness ICSS FATs, Bi-Weekly ICSS Meeting.
• Participation in HAZOP/SIL/Safety Study/Alarm Rationalization/ CCR Ergonomic Study Workshop and Functional Safety Assessment (FSA-Stage1/Stage2).
• Handled Various Topside packages (Gas Turbine, Compressors,Gas Dehydration,Produced Water treatment system) and Marine packages(Cargo and Ballast System,IG and Vent system,Tank Monitoring System,Valve Remote Control System etc), Fire Detection and Fire Fighting System (Addressable fire detection system-Autronica,Fire Water pump, High and Low Expansion Foam System etc,) for ICSS Interface/Controls.
• Preparation of ICS CyberSecurity Specification, Aligh the OT Policy and Procedure Requirements for ICS based on IEC62443 Standard
• Experience in Handling ABB 800xA System with Select I/O Hardware Design, testing and Troubleshooting.
