• Conduct daily briefing on Club's activities such as weddings, training, seminars, golf tournament etc
• Contact pest control team when dead rodent smell feedback by other department, bee hive or snake spotted
• Issue and keep track on cleaning consumables
• Maintain clean and good condition on cleaning machines
• Perform daily check on rest rooms, functions rooms and general areas
• Ensure cleaners practice on safely measures and are work in a safe environment
• Update cleaners daily attendance record
• Keep track on cleaners overtime hours
• Counseling staff with poor performance
• Provide training and guidance for new comers
• Settle disputes among staffs

· Communicate assigned cleaning duties to assigned cleaning personnel

· Monitor cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery

· Assist in coordinating and liaising with individual clients

· Ensure cleaning personnel adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations

· Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality

· Submit compiled weekly cleaning reports to management

· Ensure stocks of cleaning tools and products are in order and replenishment orders in a timely manner

· Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower

· Provide appropriate guidance to cleaners

· Facilitate effective work processes

· Provide feedback and recommend process improvements to cleaning personnel

· Respond to major incidents and emergencies

· Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to the management
