  • Define and gatekeep roles and responsibilities: i) review, challenge, and sign off on processes, policies, and system rollouts/changes that impact Corporate Banking frontline; ii) chair and run a formal gatekeeping consultation forum with frontline and COO representatives.
  • Gather feedback, review, identify, and take up process, policy, and system simplification/enhancement requests on behalf of Coverage with Risk Owners, Process, Policy & Platform Owners, Product Management, etc.
  • Regular and extensive engagement with the credit process and policy, and ESG/Sustainable Finance teams.
  • Measure and manage global productivity and capacity of Coverage frontline; create and own/maintain a detailed in-house capacity model for measuring Credit Analyst capacity globally; key collaborator in a critical project for the creation of analyst hubs to reduce pressure on onshore Credit Analyst teams.
  • Key stakeholder and collaborator representing Coverage frontline in multiple working groups for ESG, Sustainable Finance infrastructure, and process-related initiatives.
  • Managing all global, business-driven initiatives for coverage, including:
  • Launched a flagship global training program in June 2023, defined comprehensive learning needs, curated learning content, designed, and delivered the program in partnership with HR and external vendors.
  • Over 750 CIB colleagues attended multiple trainings rolled out as part of the program in 2023.
  • Running global initiatives to improve engagement, facilitate career growth (including career paths, training, mentoring, and short-term assignments), and enable senior management access for credit analysts.
  • Manage the graduate program globally for coverage, including the central budget, demand collation, assessment process review, internships, training, and deployment of graduates.
  • New CRM system – Defined business requirements while identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify system functionality and underlying processes for modules that were moved to CRMx in 2023.
  • Conceptualized and executed simplification initiatives such as the Frontline Repository (a curated directory of critical information and resources for frontline staff), the CIB Jumpstarter (an exhaustive new joiner pack for CIB), and a structured onboarding program for Credit Analysts, among others.
