Project: DBS Bank - Migration from Legacy System to Big Data Environment (ADA)

• Migrated legacy System to the ADA environment using a Spark(PySpark) frame work, enhancing data processing efficiency and handling huge volumes of data for real-time and batch operations.
• Experience in data analysis and statistical modeling including data extraction, manipulation and validation techniques, writing macros and reporting on various projects for financial and banking industry using Teradata, SAS, SQL Server, Python, PySpark , QlikView/Qliksense and CDSW
• Involved migration projects in SAS to the ADA using a Spark(PySpark) frame work, enhancing data processing efficiency and handling huge volume of data for real-time and batch operations
• Leveraged Spark, SQL and PResto to transform raw data from Data Lake to Data Mart and Data Warehouse for efficient storage and analytics support

• Involved in SAS2PY project includes conversion, testing and reconciliation with existing SAS data
• Fixed a long-standing issue with an automated macro that generated incorrect SQL queries, improving accuracy and reducing errors by 100%
• Verified rewired code by reconciling records between BIP and ADA tables to ensure data quality and accuracy in the ADA Environment
• Worked on hive framework through Apache superset to query in presto sql
• Experience working in Cloudera Machine Learning (CML) which securely computation on data in Hadoop clusters using python

Project: Retail CITI credit cards for north America

• Worked as a Lead developer onshore at CITI Bank Texas, USA responsible for overseeing a group of 12 SAS programmers
• Interaction with clients to channelize business requirements and producing defect free deliverables
• Handling high priority requests for a end client to identify and analyze critical data issues impacting production
• Monitoring Jobs transmitted to client servers to check missed service level agreements or business expectations. Ensure the overall quality of the project

Project: USA retail CITI Bank customer data on demand request.

• Involves Developing, Reporting, Delivering, Scheduling, Monitoring the codes
• Collaborated with Data managers to understand reporting needs and delivered tailored solutions that enhance data management and visualization
• Developed UNIX shell scripts for automating and executing SAS batch files on UNIX
• Involved in optimization of SAS programs and created new SAS programs using Macros to reduce the job run time and improve the consistency of results
• Created remote SAS sessions to run the jobs in parallel mode to cut off the extraction time as the datasets were generated simultaneously
