• Spearheading Vision Building and Strategizing program planning, concurrently strengthening the capacity of campaign leaders.

• Directed the implementation of 4 grassroots projects (supported by Paul Hamlyn Foundation, Oxfam and Girls Not Bride) focused on addressing issues of violence against women, human trafficking and child marriage among 12000 tribal community members
• Designed and led the state-level participatory learning exchange on the theme ‘Female adolescent sexuality in addressing child marriage' that contributed to global learning activities of More Than Brides Alliance (MTBA) for effective child marriage prevention programming
• Provided strategic vision and leadership to ensure long term sustainability of gender program; developed a comprehensive 5 years' strategic plan for the program in line with the organization's overall strategy
• Developed a home-grown knowledge management system to promote program visibility and innovations within the organization, participants and external stakeholders.

• Led a Skill Development Project that trained 650 marginalized youth from Gurgaon district, Haryana for entry-level jobs in service sector
• The role included strategizing community mobilization, training quality assessment, industry liaison for placements, donor reporting and building capacity of a team of 20 with technical advice
• Integrated gender into the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning framework that increased and sustained women's participation in the training and subsequent placement by 30%.

• Coordinated and tracked programmatic outcomes for the UN Women funded project to prevent violence against ethnic minority women across 5 lower-income states of India
• Conceptualized and led the implementation of the Girl Child Education & Protection in two districts of rural Rajasthan supported by Green Leaves Education Foundation, Switzerland
• Managed a team of 20 project officers within gender program including mentoring, coordination and capacity building
• Ensured compliance with internal & external reporting requirements.

• Worked closely with leaders of a block level women's federation under National Rural Mission and developed a strategy for collaboration with PRI & block administration to create sustainable livelihoods of Self Help Groups
• Conducted a village-level study on Intimate Partner Violence that informed the design of a context- specific gender-sensitization training module for SHGs within the federation
• Facilitated a no. of gender sensitization & leadership camps for SHG and Village Organization members.

• Conducted individual surveys with 200 rural women in Assam, India for the study titled “Impact of Micro-finance on Women's Empowerment

· Conducted data cleaning and analysis for the project on ‘Agrarian Relations in India'
