Cisco Control Central, the Control Centre Project, refers to a project focused on building or enhancing a centralized hub for managing network operations, customer services, or security infrastructure. AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, being some of the leading telecommunications companies, often collaborate on such projects to streamline operations and improve services. AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon's IoT business currently utilizes two Service Enablement Platforms (EOD and Control Center) to provide enterprise customers with a self-service SIM management platform. EOD and Control Center allow for wholesale account SIM provisioning, SIM management, billing, reporting, and SIM usage information for large enterprise accounts such as Amazon, FedEx, Barnes & Noble, ADT, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Involved in the end-to-end testing of Cisco Control Central, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of network management features
• Developed and executed automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to validate backend APIs and UI components
• Performed detailed functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple modules of the application.
• Collaborated closely with product owners, and developers to review requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure test coverage across new features
• Used Jira for defect tracking and test progress monitoring, and participated in daily stand-ups as part of Agile teams
