• Equinix Data Center SG5 (October 2022 - May 2023) as HVAC engineer, overseeing HVAC related installation works as well as quality inspections.
• Equinix Data Center JH1 (June 2023 - May 2024) under BMS team, managing the BMS contractor in related installation works and testing, as well as assisting the Cx team in related IST monitoring.
• Meta Data Center SGA3 (June 2024 - Current) as the Team Lead for Electrical QAQC, leading and planning the electrical installation inspections and relevant quality checks.

• Worked with a team of 30+ technicians and 4 engineers regularly to identify issues on production plant and devise ways to overcome/improve the situation.
• Conducted root cause analysis to identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
• Designed and executed experiments to identify process improvements, leading to reduced costs and increased efficiency.
• Reduced production downtime by conducting thorough root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Led various trial productions on plant scale while working closely with R&D team to improve the production process.
