• Convert new patterns from Lectra Modaris to Tukatech system, to add in made-to-measure features to aid in alterations and made-to-measure orders.
• Altered uniform patterns via Tukatech for made-to-measure hospital orders.

Pattern Cutting

• Assisted with fabric preparations before sending it for autocut via the Lectra Cutter.

Pattern Bundling

• Bundled patterns into respective sets before sending for sewing.

Embroidery

• Oversee embroidery productions for both school and hospital orders,
• Design and sew new samples for client approval,
• Liaise with factories outside Singapore for mass production.

Logistics ERP system

• Creates new inventory for new styles,
• Process in house Production orders and Subcontractor orders,
• Assist colleagues with barcode printing.

Other Ad hoc duties

• Packaging finished products for delivery,
• Participated in school sales and stock take.

• Assisted sewing lecturers with their lessons.
• Assisted students with textile techniques for
  their projects.
