My project management career reflects resilience and a high level of adaptability. I freelanced through the uncertainties of COVID-19, later transitioned to agency work shaping executive-level marketing funnels, and now, I lead a Policy Unit in a non-profit organisation. Across more than 10 industries — from F&B, logistics to healthcare — I’ve built my internal systems that reduce risks and enhance efficiency. I thrive in environments where thoughtful planning, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven insights matter.   • Analysed and visualised data from three years of consumer complaints statistics to derive the consumer segments most vulnerable to pressure sales tactics
