Project Overview

Managed the operations of the MAS eService platform, focusing on automating the application submission process for Financial Institutions (FIs) seeking approval from MAS to appoint individuals to key positions within the FIs. Coordinated the processing of applications between FI submitters, MAS officers, and MAS approvers, streamlining internal workflow processes and enhancing operational efficiency within the existing MASNET portal ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed the full operations of the application, leading the team through all phases of project.
• Directing day-to-day IT operations, including managing change requests, service requests, and production support to maintain high service levels.
• Performing detailed post-production issue assessments, identifying root causes, and partnering with vendors to implement preventive measures.
• Planning, executing, and supporting system implementations, software/hardware upgrades, and security patches to enhance system resilience and performance.

Centralized Access Management System CAMS -National Environment Agency (NEA)

Project Overview:

Enhanced and deployed the Centralised Access Management System CAMS, integrating applications into an IAM framework using Nevis on RHEL servers.

• Managed project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
