1) Production Planning & Target Output

  • Conduct daily meetings to review previous day's performance and assign priority issues. Daily meetings include 2 times AVP and Production meetings.
  • Manage real-time WIP control ensure smooth flow in production and fast turn around. Analyze WIP profile to minimize constraints in equipment, process or manpower.
  • Ensure critical areas targets are met, check equipment availability and operational status by monitoring utilization charts. Plan on equipment preventative maintenance time within required.
  • Compiled production equipment status reports, detailing parts produced, downtime duration and potential quality concerns.


2)Production Quality and Productivity Improvement Activities

  • Encourage suggestions and feedback from the line. Make recommendations and improvement action to improve performance, quality, productivity and profitability.
  • Implemented program changes to identify and quickly resolve root cause issues bottlenecking production levels by using Kaizen or LEAN concept. (Fish Bone, 5 Why, PDCA cycle, QRCI, 2P & 8D methods)
  • Manage preventable scrap by investigate any wafer scrap cases, analyze the case and suggest to eliminate recurrences especially human errors.
  • Raise awareness regarding incidents and share among production team.


3) Manpower and Workforce Discipline Management

  • Manage about 30+ operators in designated zone in terms of skillset and attendance. Track attendance of operators(SL, UL, UA &AA), talk and counsel those bad attendance operators.
  • Develop and monitor each and every operators skillset improvement plans within the same blocks for each zone by monitoring certification on block training of these operators.
  • Coach and provide training for operators to enable them to operate the required tools with competence
