Perform the overview of Project Management aspects pertaining to human and material installation resources including installation supervisors, fitters, subcontractors to ensure successful project accomplishment as well as commissioning.

Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives.

• Perform electrical wiring and fibre optics for umbilical cord of ROV to Terminal control unit.
• Perform responsibilities of planning and administering of logistics activities for deployment of inventories, control system and deep sea vehicles (ROV) to projects undertaken at oversea water.
• Ensure certifications of slings and equipments are in valid before the launch of the offshore project

• Generate revenue per annum of $1.4 mil for the contracted fleet size of vehicles and adhoc sales in commercial workshop.

• Manage and negotiate quotation with customers such as dnata, SIAEC, Fedex other external cargo forwarders companies.

• Liaise with third party contractors on the damage repair for customer ground support equipment, road vehicles such as co-bus , commercial van and chiller truck .

• Oversee project management 6 contracts for dnata and 1 contracts SIAEC with the upcoming contracts for Mercedes Sprinter Passenger Carrying Buses and Volvo Co bus .

• Review with in house and oversea contractors on price negotiation for parts supply, technical work scope and supply of labour.

• Manage contract and purchase order for engineering activities to deliver quality products and service within schedule and budget restraints.
• Involve in new engineering design and the implementation of safety features for for non motorized equipment in dnata such as Pallet dolly , baggage trolley and Engineering Step.

• Responsible for KPI reports on lead time of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance work , towing rate and repeated breakdown of buses (dnata), Chiller truck (dnata) , Lavatory and water servicing truck (SIAEC) for the existing contracts.

• Ensure the availability rate of vehicles are above 94% for dnata and 90% for SIAEC.
• Responsible for the computation of comprehensive maintenance and labour for new contracts on ground support equipment (Air tug), (GPU),(Truck) , Mercedes Sprinter and Volvo passenger carrying vehicles.

Accident Repair Department

• Manage and supervise the engineering group to ensure that all accident repair works for automotive vehicles are performed in compliance with applicable codes and standards and are in a safe, effective and efficient manner

• Handle responsibilities for inviting quotations from external vendors for the types of products and internal automotive chassis ( i.e paint and hardener ) for the external refurbishment and internal replacement fort axi and buses.

• Oversee accident repair vehicles are completed within the schedule date which approved by third party surveyor

• Manage contract and purchase order for engineering activities to deliver quality products within schedule and budget restraints.

•Compile and submit accident reports to accident claim department.

• Determine fault codes based or Barometer of Liabilities Assessment (BOLA) to Taxi and Bus driver.

•Follow up with outstanding payments from internal and external customers.

Maintenance Planning

•Ensure Quality Check on delivered automotive parts from suppliers/vendors.

• Monitor Taxi and Bus towing cost, response time and repeated breakdown on road and feedback for further improvement to respective departments.

• Ensure sufficient automotive inventories to meet demands for internal and external customer’s vehicle.

Responsible for KPI reports for lead time of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance work , towing rate and repeated breakdown of buses and taxis using SAP and Microsoft excel application

• perform hot spot analysis using Emmi, cross section with focus ion beam equipment on semiconductor flash memory, dram and sdram.

• Perform Failure analytical techniques in semiconductor using Sem (EDX) machine and FIB, Hoya Laser marker, optical microscopy for defect viewing

• Chemical de-processing of chip in different level for defect analysis Interpret design layout of Microchip.

• Prepare physical analysis and constructional analysis for product transfer of functional microchip.

• Responsible for the maintenance of laser marking machine, plasma Reactive Ion etcher and cross-sectional polisher.

• Knowledge of device/product wafer process flow eg lithography , implantation , masking , CVD ,PVD and etching.

• Collaborate with inter department on semiconductor devices on its process with the root cause analysis.
