My job roles and responsibilities:

1. Study specification in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.

2. Assist Operation Manager with structural design, planning, layout and installation.

3. Schedule, assigns, and plans the work of carpentry shop personnel performing a variety of carpentry projects. Such as increaced project effciency by developing and implementing effective work schedules for carpentry team members.

4. Supervise junior carpenter on assemble, fasten, frameworks or cut materials with specified measurement and machines or power saw.

5. Control and assess the quality of woodwork and materials.

6. Monitor the acquisition and use of materials. To reduced material waste by carefully planning and executing accurate measurement for all tasks.

7. Ensure team members are strict adherence and follow established safety rules, regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
