• Oversee the operations of CTC 2B, ensuring strict adherence to approved policies and protocols.
• Actively participate in contact tracing for confirmed COVID-19 cases, guaranteeing timely public health interventions.
• Guide and manage the expectations of CTOs (Contact Tracing Officers) for accurate and efficient performance.
