Logistic Administrator
-Preparation of outgoing stock report and status.
-Preparation of inventory report and status.
-Arranging for incoming shipments and packing of ougoing shipments plus invoice.
-Maintain inventory records
-Deal with forwarder for picking & packing list (inbound & outbound shipment)
-Ensure and maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of premises (perform 5S, maintain a safe working environment)
-Perform other logistc acitivities as required
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor: Customer service
