• Assist patients with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming).

• Help with mobility and transfers (wheelchair, walking aids, etc.).

• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).

• Support feeding and hydration needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

• Assist nurses and doctors with basic clinical tasks.

• Report any changes in patients’ conditions to supervising staff.

• Follow infection control and health & safety procedures.

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.

• Help clients move around the home safely (walking, transferring from bed/wheelchair).

• Offer companionship and emotional support.

• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying rooms).

• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments.

• Observe and report any changes in health, behavior, or routine.

• Follow care plans and family instructions diligently.

• Ensure client’s safety and comfort at all times.
