• Assist patients with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
• Help with mobility and transfers (wheelchair, walking aids, etc.).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Support feeding and hydration needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Assist nurses and doctors with basic clinical tasks.
• Report any changes in patients’ conditions to supervising staff.
